Shift
This week has been a week of shift for me. I let one thing go off of my plate. Another endeavor I have been part of for the last few months has hit a point where we need to take a break and re-evaluate where we are going.
I don’t feel bad about letting the one thing go. I am feeling sad about the other thing though. We were getting close to finally being able to have something we could start showing the world.
With that being said it’s a good thing. I can now use that time to focus on building this newsletter up, growing IG, working on podcasts, growing the Discord, increasing patron’s over on Patreon as well as a few other things that have been stirring around in my brain.
This week I promoted this newsletter on IG. I also reminded my followers they are worth it.
Thanks to some awesome people on the Substack Discord I have a new logo.
I responded to the above tweet yesterday. It is true for those of us who have hypothyroidism. There are vegetables that can harm and inflame the thyroid. Especially if they aren’t prepared right. For instance for those who like cabbage it’s actually wrong to eat it raw. It’s best to eat it cooked because it releases the nutrients your thyroid needs to function. I don’t eat cooked cabbage. Those that do there is no shame from me. Also, yes soy is not your friend if you have hypothyroidism.
